Murder on a Train

There has been a murder. Delegates from the Templars, the Illuminati, the Dragon, the Council of Venice, and others besides, had all met on a high-speed train in Central Europe to conduct a series of meetings on neutral ground (the speeding train). A member of the council was murdered. Action is needed fast before paranoia escalates. Several interested parties have pooled together as the client.
