Take a look at the poster posted to the side of the tunnel.

Objective: Gather werewolf ears

Collect 5 werewolf ears from the nearby wolves of the Dark Woods (465,535). You are only ever successful in getting one ear per werewolf. Despite the map suggesting the wolves of the Dark Woods, ultimately any werewolf will do.

Objective: Bring the ears to Mihas Blaga

Go through the Bacaș Tunnel to the Shadowy Forest. Mihas Blaga can be found by a bonfire (1005,1195) on the other side of the tunnel.
