Objective: Locate Mark Strokes in New Dawn

If you received this mission's SMS in New Dawn by Night when you exited Marquard's Mansion from the hidden wine cellar door, then first go to your bed and sleep until day to reach New Dawn.

Go to the Anointed Quarters of New Dawn. Mark Strokes can be found in the room (440,440) adjacent to that which holds the Anointed Guide.

Completing this mission unlocks Mark Strokes as a vendor and makes the side mission Dead Drop available.
