This mission is only accessible in New Dawn by Night.
Tier 1
Objective: Find something to get the Kongamato's attention
Find something that might startle the winged beast.
A box of fireworks sits unattended in the back of the stage used by the priests' sermons (440,605). Take the fireworks for yourself.
Tier 2
Objective: Place fireworks on the ground
Return to the car with the Kongamato spiraling above it (422,583) and place the fireworks down.
Objective: Shoot fireworks at the Kongamato
Use the fireworks and have a blast!
Objective: Defeat the Kongamato
Defeat the Kongamato known as Dread Wing. Be prepared, as Dread Wing will intermittently fly into the air after summoning a swarm of cyclones using Tempest in the Membrane and will also periodically call down demonic hyenas with Convocation of the Serengeti.
