This mission is a one-time attunement to the Rosenbrawl. It is only available after receiving an SMS invite from Mr Rosenbaum.

Invites are triggerd by other players using Mr Rosenbaum's Phone from A New Contender. There is also a rare chance to receive the Invite from winning a match of Shambala instead of directly from another player.

During the Rosenbrawl Open Week Valentine's Day Event, invites are also granted to all players Level 15 and above who log in while the event is running.

The First Rule
Completing this mission awards the achievement The First Rule for the Rosenbrawl.

Tier 1

Objective: Go to Tabula Rasa and purchase Access Key - The Rosenbrawl

Go to the door to the Tabula Rasa right nearby (150,330) and enter Mr. Rosenbaum's esteemed establishment.

Talk to the Concierge behind the counter and purchase the Access Key - The Rosenbrawl for 100 Anima Shards.

Objective: Enter the Rosenbrawl

Turn around and interact with the dimensional portal cube in the middle of the Tabula Rasa. Pass through the abyss and enter the Rosenbrawl.

Objective: Select a boxing glove to choose your abilities

Approach the table and select one of three Boxing Gloves: Light Gloves, Heavy Gloves, or Balanced Gloves. You need at least 3 inventory slots in order to do so. The Light and Heavy gloves will also impact your character size while wearing them.

When wearing boxing gloves, you receive the buff Equal Footing, scaling stats equally for a fair fight.

Light Gloves

Provides you with a fast set of punches, a movement ability and a roundhouse kick! Increases your movement speed by 20% and reduces the cooldown of your Active Dodge by 5 seconds.

  • Roundhouse Kick - Kick up to 6 enemies in a 5m radius around you, stunning un-Guarded targets for 1-second. Your Guard is lowered while performing the kick. 1.0 second cast. 8.0 second cooldown.
  • Dash - Dash forward 10 metres, damaging any targets you dash through. While dashing, you will evade all attacks. Instant cast. 10.0 second cooldown.
  • Quick Left - A quick left-handed attack, useful for interrupting slower attacks. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will interrupt the target. Lowers your left Guard when used. 0.5 second cast. 0.5 second cooldown.
  • Quick Right - A quick right-handed attack, useful for interrupting slower attacks. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will interrupt the target. Lowers your right Guard when used. 0.5 second cast. 0.5 second cooldown.

Heavy Gloves

Provides you with a slow yet powerful set of punches and a defensive ability. Reduces damage taken by 15%.

  • Haymaker - A very heavy attack that completely lowers your defences while casting, but will knock out the target for a few seconds. This attack bypasses the target's guard, but is reduced by active defences. 3.5 second cast. 10.0 second cooldown.
  • Defend - Adapt a defensive stance. Reduces incoming damage by 100%, makes you immune to interrupt and crowd control effects, and protects against powerful attacks. Enemies who attack you are knocked down and become Intimidated. When you stop channeling this ability you gain Stalwart for twice the duration this ability was channeled. Stalwart: Reduces damage taken by 40%. Enemies who attack you become Intimidated. Intimidated: Snared and unable to active dodge. Damage you deal to an enemy you Intimidated is increased by 25%. Lasts 3 seconds, and is refreshed any time you or the target attack each other. 8.0 second cast. 15.0 second cooldown.
  • Power Left - A heavy left-handed attack. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will knock the target to the ground. Lowers your left Guard when used. Reduces the target's movement speed for a few seconds. 1.5 second cast. 2.0 second cooldown.
  • Power Right - A heavy left-handed attack. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will knock the target to the ground. Lowers your left Guard when used. Reduces the target's movement speed for a few seconds. 1.5 second cast. 2.0 second cooldown.

Balanced Gloves

Provides you with a balanced set of punches and a defensive ability. Recommended for first-timers of the Rosenbrawl. Passively heals for 4% maximum health every 3 seconds.

  • Power Left - A heavy left-handed attack. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will knock the target to the ground. Lowers your left Guard when used. Combo: Follow Up: When immediately followed by a Quick Left or Quick Right, that attack deals 40% more damage. Combo: Harsh Impact: When immediately followed up by a Power Left or Power Right, you deal 25% more damage for 7 seconds. 1.5 second cast. 4.0 second cooldown.
  • Power Right - A heavy right-handed attack. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will knock the target to the ground. Lowers your right Guard when used. Combo: Follow Up: When immediately followed by a Quick Left or Quick Right, that attack deals 40% more damage. Combo: Harsh Impact: When immediately followed up by a Power Left or Power Right, you deal 25% more damage for 7 seconds. 1.5 second cast. 4.0 second cooldown.
  • Defend - Adapt a defensive stance. Reduces incoming damage by 75%, and protects against certain powerful attacks. As a balanced combatant, heal up to 50% of your total health, and your Guard will instantly be raised. 5.0 second cast. 15.0 second cooldown.
  • Quick Left - A quick left-handed attack, useful for interrupting slower attacks. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will interrupt the target. Lowers your left Guard when used. Combo: Defensive Strike: When immediately followed up by a Power Left or Power Right, you gain 20% damage resistance for 7 seconds. Combo: Evasive Tactics: When immediately followed up by a Quick Left or Quick Right, you move 20% faster for 7 seconds. 0.5 second cast. 0.5 second cooldown.
  • Quick Right - A quick right-handed attack, useful for interrupting slower attacks. If the target's Guard is down, this attack will interrupt the target. Lowers your right Guard when used. Combo: Defensive Strike: When immediately followed up by a Power Left or Power Right, you gain 20% damage resistance for 7 seconds. Combo: Evasive Tactics: When immediately followed up by a Quick Left or Quick Right, you move 20% faster for 7 seconds. 0.5 second cast. 0.5 second cooldown.
