Mission Description
A police radio warns about an oncoming zombie assault and a desperate voice asks for help stopping it before the undead reach Kingsmouth Town.
Tier 1
Task Description
Zombies are constantly passing through the tunnel to Kingsmouth, assaulting the town an its few survivors. Stop them.
Objective: Prevent the zombies from reaching the tunnel
Defeat or survive assault by Undead Islanders for 90 seconds as 4 individual waves of 3 Undead Islanders attack, followed by 2 individual waves of 4 Undead Islanders. Each Undead Islander is a Level 15 Fast Zombie with 569 HP.
Unlike most Assaults in missions in Secret World Legends, it is not possible to fail this task and the timer is not available as a Scry widget.
Helen Bannerman: Got a tipoff from that Wolf fella, whole heap of dead folks marching out of the sea. Headed for town. Reckon that's past the last thing we need.
Tier 2
Task Description
Zombies are usually mindless creatures with little purpose beyond feeding. These attacks seem more coordinated, like the zombies are being directed towards Kingsmouth. Go further down the road and look for a leader.
Objective: Locate the source of the assault
Proceed down Solomon Road to the burning sign (675,935) to hear a sharp stinger and a roar as the source of the assault comes storming down the nearby hill (675,905).
Objective: Kill the Askr Berserker
Kill the Askr Berserker. The Askr Berserker is a Level 15 Draug Berserker with 2028 HP. If for any reason combat with the Askr Berserker ends before it is killed, the Askr Berserker will return to wait by the Overlook Motel sign (670,925) for 2 minutes before despawning. If the Askr Berserker despawns, walk up the Redpath (675,915) to trigger its respawn.
BUG WARNING: The Goal Marker for this Task is erroneously placed at an outdated location. It should instead remain at the same location as the source of the assault.
Tier 3
Task Description
The zombies were sent into battle by an Askr Berserker. You may have arrived too late, but there could still be survivors in the area. Look for townsfolk in the small motel nearby.
Objective: Go to the Overlook Motel
The Overlook Motel sign points up the gravel road. Follow the Redpath up the hill to the Overlook Motel (700,905) and its scalding asphalt.
Objective: Look for survivors
Go inside the Overlook Motel main office (725,850) to find the sole survivor in the Overlook Motel: Daniel Bach (725,840).
