Task Description

Shani has compiled a list of possible Marya recruits. They may not all be visionary warriors, but Shani has marked them as being the best of what is left. Visit the people on the list to find out if they are willing and able to fight alongside the Marya.

Visit the homes of Omar Moussa, Ibrahim Nagi, Ehsan Awad, and Karim el Touni in al-Merayah.

Omar Moussa

Inside al-Merayah close to the Southern entrance to the city is the Shack Door (540,360) to Omar Moussa's home. Knock on the door.

Unfortunately, Omar answers by rushing out to attack! Kill the heavily Filth-Infected Omar Moussa.

Ibrahim Nagi

Ibrahim Nagi lives near the Southern outskirts of al-Merayah, closest to the Agartha Entrance qrand Atenist incursions. Knock on his door (570,285) to see if he's home.

FIFO On-Screen Message

There is no answer.

While there is no answer, there is a trail of blood. Follow it from the door to find a horrific pyre right there. Ibrahim Nagi was forcefully dragged out of his home and set ablaze. Be sure to get a good look at the horrors committed by the Atenists and target him.

Ehsan Awad

Ehsan Awad's house is locked and inaccessible from the ground. There is an open door on the second floor of his house (530,395) which can be reached by jumping onto the broken brick wall (525,395) by a Marya Guard and their car. Once on the wall, jump to the awning and then to the air conditioner above it. Jump to the roof and head inside the open door.

Go down the stairs. There, a grisly sight awaits: the fate of Ehsan Award (535,390). Examine his hung corpse.

FIFO On-Screen Message

It appears Mr Awad has taken his own life.

On the counter sits a Box of Dates (535.379, 394.074). Take the box to receive 3 Expried Dates. Expird Dates are a consumable that afflicts you with Food Poisoning, a stacking Damage Over Time debuff that increases in stacks - and damage - every 10 seconds. Food Poisoning can be removed by right-clicking on the debuff icon or by dying. Only partake in the bad dates if you want Food Poisoning.

The Expired Dates are not required for this mission. They are an Easter egg.

Karim el Touni lives behind the markets of Northern al-Merayah (515,450). Ring the doorbell of his home and hope Karim el Touni answers the call!
