This mission is only accessible in New Dawn. It is unlocked after completing the mission Graffiti Time in New Dawn by Night.

Objective: Collect cleaning supplies
Pick up the buckets in front of the Anointed Overseer.
Objective: Empty dirty water buckets
Objective: Clean dirt and graffiti
Empty 3 dirty water buckets. These can be found around the Foundling Homes near Foundlings cleaning the various shacks and cabins in the area. A bucket in need of cleaning is one which has low, murky, muddy looking water inside.
Clean 8 graffiti throughout the Foundling Homes of New Dawn. Graffiti can be found on various shacks or walls in the area.
Dirty Water Bucket Locations
Only a certain number of Dirty Buckets are usable during Whitewashing. When one player uses a Dirty Bucket, another Dirty Bucket somewhere in New Dawn will become useable.
