The Riddle of Dark Agartha is the third mission in the fifth and final Conquistador story chain "Once More Unto the Void", third in the ♦️5 portion of the story, and twenty-first overall in the storyline. The previous mission is The Conquistador's Secrets and the following mission is The Reluctant Conquistador.

This mission cannot be run by the Agent Jerónimo de Montejo.

The Riddle of Dark Agartha

Jerónimo did not leave much information in his room. His personal time/space maps of Agartha are unreadable to anyone but him. However, we've determined Dark Agartha is a place, a portal (to some future?). The conquistador also made sketches in his journal, but the man is no artist. There is a vague landscape that looks like a burnt forest and mushrooms that must be the unearthly fungi he brought back. There is also a malevolent humanoid figure.
